WPS says around 7:30 p.m. on June 5, officers responded to an apartment complex after receiving a report that someone was waving a gun around.

Police quickly responded and closed down the area for public safety reasons.

Sometime later, a man and woman were taken into custody, and police were able to seize a loaded shotgun and ammunition.
