Fatal crash on northern edge of city: Winnipeg police

Winnipeg police say a man was killed in a single-vehicle collision on the northern outskirts of the city early Saturday morning.
The Winnipeg Police Service says it happened near McPhillips Street and Ferrier Street.
Crews with the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service found the man’s body at the scene shortly after 3:15 a.m.
Roads in the area were closed for several hours before reopening.
Members of the WPS traffic division are investigating. Anyone with relevant information or dash camera video is asked to contact the traffic division or Crime Stoppers.
