Winnipeg homicide police investigating death of unresponsive man

Winnipeg police say a 43-year-old is dead and the homicide unit is investigating.

Police say officers were called to a home on Fountain Street near Logan Avenue around 3:15 a.m. Saturday regarding an unresponsive man.

Officers provided emergency medical care, police say, before the man was taken to hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead in hospital.
