Two men in hospital after being stabbed by unknown group: Winnipeg police

Winnipeg police are looking for a group of people after two men were stabbed Thursday night.
WPS say around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to a report that two people were stabbed near Balmoral Street.
When officers arrived at the scene, they learned as two men exited a lounge, they had been approached by an unknown group.
“Members of the group engaged with the two males, resulting in them being stabbed,” said Winnipeg police in a statement.
After the stabbing, the duo managed to escape, where they contact police.
Both were taken to a hospital where they were treated for their wounds. They are in stable condition.
