Man fatally shot on College Avenue: Winnipeg police

Winnipeg police say a 25-year-old was fatally shot on Sunday evening.

Around 6:45 p.m., WPS responded to a report of a shooting on College Avenue just off Main Street.

When officers arrived, they found a man outside an apartment building suffering from a gunshot wound.

Paramedics took the man to a hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police have identified the victim as Daniel Raymond Garvey-Rodriquez.
