WPS say in the first of the two incidents, an 18-year-old man was robbed while waiting at a bus stop at Keewatin Street and Burrows Avenue. The victim reportedly suffered serious upper-body injuries which police believe were from a knife held by the suspect.

Two days later, at the same bus stop, a man in his 20s was reportedly robbed at knifepoint. The victim in the second incident did not have any reported injuries.

At the time of the police bolo, Kennedy was believed to be armed and dangerous.

Tuesday, he was taken into custody, where he currently remains.
