Winnipeg man charged in connection to robbery spree between July and September

A 40-year-old man from Winnipeg has been charged in connection to various break and enters between July and September.
Thanks to tips and evidence collected police were able to identify the suspect believed to be responsible and on Tuesday, they were able to take him into custody.
The 40-year-old is facing 20 charges relating to breaking and entering, theft, possession of a weapon, and resisting an officer among other offences.
Winnipeg police provided a timeline of events believed to all be linked, saying most occurred in the Daniel McIntyre neighbourhood.
On July 14: a man noticed his tools listed on an online classified site. The tools had been reported stolen from a break-in of his garage. WPS was able to recover the tools.
On July 30: a garage was broken into. Items believed to be stolen were garden tools.
On August 1: a garage was broken into. Items believed to be stolen were a bike and a pizza oven.
On August 5: a garage was broken into. Item believed to be stolen was a speaker.
On August 13: a garage was broken into.
On August 22: a garage was broken into. Items believed to be stolen were tools which were later recovered by WPS at two pawn shops.
On September 2: a home and garage were broken into. Item believed to be stolen was a double-barrelled shotgun.
On September 4: a home was broken into. Items believed to be stolen were valued at over $2,000.
On September 7: a garage was broken into. Items believed to be stolen were a bike carrier for a dog was stolen.
On September 9: An attempted robbery of a camper at the same residence of the Sep. 07 break-in. Police add the suspect threatened the homeowner with bolt-cutters before fleeing.
On September 12: a garage was broken into. Various items were believed to be stolen.
On September 15: a garage was broken into. Items believed to be stolen were several bikes.
