The alert issued Monday evening at the request of RCMP in Shaunavon, in southwest Saskatchewan, is for Luna Potts, who is seven, and Hunter Potts, who is eight.

The children are believed to be with Benjamin Martin Moore of Eastend, Sask., who may go by different names.

He is described as being 50 years old, standing five-feet-10 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds, with black hair.

They may be travelling in a 2015 dark blue Chevrolet Equinox, Alberta plate CGC 2492.

The mother of the children, 45-year-old Leah Potts, is believed to be travelling with them and they may have entered the United States.
