Two men injured after train strikes car in Winnipeg

Two men were hospitalized after a train struck a vehicle at a railway crossing in Winnipeg Friday evening.
Police say the collision took place around 5:45 p.m. at the Letellier Crossing – in the area of Bairdmore Boulevard near De Vos Road.
Emergency services personnel pulled the driver and passenger out of the vehicle.
They were taken to hospital in stable condition.
Roads were closed in the area after the collision.
