A couple days later, police tracked down the two suspects and took them into custody.
Samuel Moneyas, 18, has been charged with second-degree murder and failing to comply with conditions of recognizance.
Storm Moar, 22, has been charged with second-degree murder, possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm knowing it’s unauthorized, and possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order.
