Body found south of Winnipeg; police investigate cause of death

RCMP confirmed with CityNews that a man’s body has been found south of Winnipeg.

Police were called to La Barriere Park shortly after 2 p.m. where the body was located.

Mounties have not said yet if the death is being considered suspicious.

The RCMP forensic identification team is currently on scene.
